Refund policy
We have a 14 day online & in store purchase return policy; this means you have 14 days after receiving an online order and or purchasing your item in store to bring the item back or ship it back for store credit. we do require the tags be attached and the garment be in brand new condition. We do not provide refunds - we only offer store credit at this time.
You will be issued a store credit code once we receive the item and determine it is eligible for a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
ONLINE ORDERS ONLY: To start a return, you can contact us at eastandcalla@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 212 Pearl St Darlington, SC 29532. We will pay for your return label and we do not charge a “restock” fee.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or communicating with us will not be accepted. We hope you will understand as this would create confusion for all parties.

- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items, bodysuits, swimsuits (or any item discounted 20% or more from full retail price)
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). WE do not accept return of swim wear under any circumstance. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will not issue a refund; we will only issue a store credit for items purchased.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund for store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a store credit code please allow 5 business days to receive your code as we are a small business ran by real people.
If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your code or any communication, please contact us at eastandcalla@gmail.com.
